As a working mum, Sophie understands the pressures of modern working parents. Inspire was born out of frustration for the lack of quality and innovation in the after school care area. As a leader and innovator, Sophie strives to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Aman Sandhu
Operations Manager
Aman started her career working with Inspire, commencing as an educator, stepping up as the Responsible Person and thereafter joined the Head Office team as the systems analyst and a number of other supporting roles. As the Operations Manager, Aman enjoys supporting the Head Office teams and centre staff alike, and has her finger on the pulse across the entire business operations.
Danny Taing
Area Support Manager
With over 10 years experience working with children, Danny revels in his role supporting centre staff and improving our processes and procedures. He also enjoys creating resources to motivate and support staff as he believes that everyone has the ability to give 120% at work.
