inspire’s homework program has been developed by a team of primary school teachers

Inspire’s homework program has been developed by a team of primary school teachers, in consultation with families. It is designed to develop confidence, good study habits and support busy families.

Our dedicated homework rooms are supervised by an educator. Their role is to assist the kids in completing homework set by their school, as well as providing valuable guidance and extension work once school homework is complete.

At Inspire, we don’t just support children in doing their homework – we try to make it fun! This is why we provide engaging educational experiences and encourage educational games, such as Spelling Bees. Our goal is to foster a fun, engaging and motivating learning environment for children.

“All About“ Series

Children's interests and ideas are the foundation of Inspire's program. Our 'All About' series of booklets have been developed to provide children with engaging learning experiences, through interest-based themes. Each booklet in the 'All About' series reflects a specific idea, interest or suggestion from a child at Inspire.

Through each themed booklet, children have the opportunity to:

➤ Build their knowledge and understanding of the topic

➤ Practice and develop their reading and writing skills

➤ Develop creativity and imagination

➤ Engage in problem solving and critical thinking

➤ Develop perseverance and give something new a go

Numeracy and Literacy Club

Our program features specially made numeracy and literacy booklets as extension work to be completed after your child’s homework. Inspire’s Team of Teachers have designed this resource to be the perfect supplement to what your children have been learning at school.

Each activity in these booklets is aligned to stage-specific outcomes of the NSW Curriculum.

Homework Challenges and Competitions

At Inspire, we don’t just support children in doing their homework – we try to make it fun! This is why we provide engaging educational experiences and encourage educational games, such as Spelling Bees. Our goal is to foster a fun, engaging and motivating learning environment for children.

We take competitions and challenges seriously at Inspire because we know the children do! Challenges and competitions motivate our children to be the best they can be to out compete each other. Thus creating a stimulating environment to help each other grow.

Homework Heroes

Our fun and exciting way to engage children in the homework room, Homework Heroes is Inspire’s very own collectible card series.

Inspire Me Chronicles

At Inspire we want to support children's literacy through the creation of stories. Our annual creative writing competition, 'The Inspire Me Chronicles', provides budding writers an opportunity to share their imagination and creativity through their own short story.
