at Inspire, WE ensure that our pick up IS SEEMLESS every afternoon
We understand that many parents may be concerned about their children being picked up from school, and transported to Inspire. We take this responsibility very seriously - which is why we have a very clear and structured pick up procedure for each of our Inspire centres, which allows us to keep your child safe, secure and accounted for at all times.

Every afternoon, we:
➤ Arrive at your child’s school before the bell.
➤ Sign children in as they arrive to our designated pick up spot.
➤ Contact you if your child has not arrived within 7 minutes of the bell.
➤ WILL NOT leave the school until all children are accounted for.
Bus Hotline
Our centre team are supported during pick up by Inspire’s Head Office every afternoon through Bus Hotline. This hotline is a number that the team can call at any point during the afternoon for support, or assistance.
This means our head office team can focus on fixing any issues, whilst the centre team can focus on caring for the children.
Our Buses
Many of our centres require the use of buses to transport children from their schools to Inspire – which is why we own and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including 12, 14, 22 and 25 seater buses. Each of our vehicles are well-maintained, fitted with GPS tracking, and receive inspections every 6 months from Service NSW. Each bus is fitted with seatbelts, as well as fitted with booster seats for children under the age of 7.
How Can Parents Help?
To allow a smooth pick up every afternoon, please ensure your children know which days they are attending Inspire, and remind them in the morning.
If your child is going to be absent from Inspire for any reason, please ensure you notify our head office by 1pm on the day of absence, either by calling 1300 665 275 or email info@inspireme.com.au.
Our Pick Up Procedure
Our staff members follow a strict pick up procedure to ensure your child’s safety, each staff member receives regular training for the bus pick up procedure.
