We understand life can be a juggle and that’s why we’ve included a Taekwondo lesson every afternoon at Inspire.

Our children participate in a 35 minute Taekwondo lesson with our Black belt instructors. These lessons are non contact and cater to all skill levels. We incorporate traditional, modern training techniques and gamification to reward the children.  Our program takes students from white belt all the way to black belt.

How cool will it be for your child to achieve their black belt before heading to high school?

Taekwondo has always been a focus at Inspire since our inception in 2014 and here are a few reasons why, it:

➤ Helps children understand and practise respect

➤ Helps children understand consistency and discipline

➤ Allows children to set goals, and progress until they reach black belt

➤ Proven to improve coordination and balance

➤ Is a great way to socialise, make friends and learn how to work as a team with other children

Inspire is Partnered with kukkiwon

Kukkiwon is home to the World Taekwondo Academy in South Korea, and is also the official global governing body for Taekwondo. This style of Taekwondo is the adopted technical standards for the Olympics – which means that your child will be participating in an official Olympic sport!

Partnering with Kukkiwon means that:

➤ Our program is officially registered by World Taekwondo Federation

➤ Inspire follows the Kukkiwon discipline

➤ Children from Inspire will have their belts and certificates recognised at any other Kukkiwon Taekwondo schools worldwide

The beast badge challenge

Our Beast badge challenges are a series of intense physical challenges that are completed at the centre. Once the children have completed the challenge, they earn a pin with the beast they have embodied. The Beast Badge Challenge may not be easy but we at Inspire believe that it is important to celebrate overcoming adversity and to reward hard work and practice.

Inspire Grading

Inspire grading is held towards the end of every term. This event is to showcase the hard work the children have been putting in everyday at Inspire. This is an opportunity to go up to the next belt level by competently demonstrating what they’ve learnt in class – presenting skills, techniques and patterns.
