Our COVID-19 Safe Procedure

Safety is always at the top of our priority list, and our processes remain flexible in order to implement any necessary changes to our 10+ centres at new advice emerges.

General Practises

• All of our staff have been double vaccinated, and continue to undergo surveillance testing twice a week with rapid antigen test.

• We take extra care in hygiene practises before, during and after our children attend our service, such as sanitising high touch areas.

• Our staff wear masks at all times and maintain social distancing wherever possible.

• Check-In using the Service NSW App available at all our centres.

• Drop off and pick up is outside of our main service areas, in order to minimise contact.

• Staff perform sign in and sign out, in order to minimise contact.
