The NSW Government announced that a $500 BASC (Before and After School Care) Voucher will be available per child to help cover your out-of-pocket costs. With families paying as little as $4.20 per afternoon at Inspire, your child can have 2 days of FREE care at Inspire until June 2023.
Does Inspire accept the Before and After School Care voucher?

We offer after school care, vacation care and before school care (at selected centres).
I am eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). If I use the BASC Voucher, do I still qualify for the CCS?
Yes, your CCS will continue to apply as normal.
For example, if our session fee is $28 and your CCS is 60%, then your out-of-pocket cost is $11.20. You can use your BASC Voucher to pay $11.20 to Inspire.
How to I obtain my BASC Voucher?
From 28th February 2022, you will be able to claim one $500 BASC Voucher per child on the Service NSW app or by following this link.
What information do I need to register for the BASC Voucher?
To successfully register for your BASC Voucher, you must have the following information with you:
Your Medicare details; and
Your Child’s CRN
Can I redeem my BASC Voucher with Inspire now?
Yes! By following this link and providing details of your child’s name and the school that they currently attend. Once you have registered and received the Voucher from Service NSW you can provide the Voucher Code to us.
I have 3 children - how much is available to me?
For each eligible child you will receive 1 x $500 BASC Voucher. For 3 eligible children you will receive $1500 in BASC Vouchers.
My child goes to Inspire, as well as another after school care/before school care provider - can I split the BASC Voucher?
No, the BASC voucher can only be redeemed with one provider.
I am a single parent - can my ex-partner and I both claim the BASC Voucher for our child?
Only one BASC Voucher can be issued for each child, which means the first parent to apply will receive it.
Where can I find the balance of my BASC Voucher/s?
You will receive a fortnightly statement from Inspire, and this will show the balance of your Voucher/s. Alternatively, you can contact our accounts team at 1300 665 275 or statement@inspireprogram.com.au and we can assist you with your enquiry.
Inspire has redeemed my BASC Voucher, when will this be applied to my account?
Once Inspire submit the BASC Voucher, Service NSW will require 14 days to validate and process payment. We will apply the voucher amount to your account and you will be able to see the credit on your next statement.
