This year, on the 29th of January, Inspire held their beginning of term Staff Kick Off Day, bringing together all staff members to prepare for the term ahead.
The day was filled with valuable training sessions, brainstorming activities to improve the after-school care service, and interactive games designed to foster team bonding.
The training highlighted important aspects such as bus runs, emphasizing ways to make transitions smoother, particularly for new kindergarten children.
